Assistant Facilities Manager

As the Assistant Facilities Manager, I have various duties that I perform.  Some of these duties include: having a knowledge of the HVAC system both mechanical and control elements, setup and takedown of tables and chairs for various church events, cleaning, inventory of maintenance supplies, managing construction projects, involvement with volunteer base, on-call availability for fire and other emergency situations, maintenance of lawn care equipment, maintenance technician for door hardware, lighting, plumbing and wall repair and working closely with all staff in implementing logistics for ministry events.
