Uncertainty: Trusting God with Next
DON’T BE AFRAID. Much easier to say than to live at times. And yet, the call in Scripture, echoing from the pages of the Gospels, is just that: Don't. Be. Afraid. In other words, you don't have to be consumed with concern because God is on the move. A command rooted in grace, truth, and love, from the One who knows how easily we drift toward fear and anxiety.
What weighs on your mind and heart this Christmas season? Are you settled or rattled?
God arrived to fulfill His promises, giving anchor to our hearts. He has heard the cries of the generations before us—those longing and waiting, and He has heard our cry. And He has provided Himself in the person of Jesus. Let’s invite Him to apply His peace, His wholeness to our hearts.
God is still unfolding His purposes. He came to us, and gave His life for us, and now lives within us so that no matter the circumstances, there is certainty amid the uncertainty.
